When can I expect delivery if I place my order today?

Orders are dispatched to anywhere within Australia within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) of receipt. If delivering to a business, please state the business name and contact person.

We use registered Australia Post tracking to deliver orders. To track your order click here: Australia post tracking. Your tracking number will be provided by email once your parcel has been shipped.

Depending upon your location delivery times will vary:

  • Metropolitan areas on the east coast 3-5 days
  • WA, SA, NT, TAS and regional Australia 5-11 days.
  • Parcels will require a signature for collection. If you are not available at the delivery time a collection notice will be left and you will be required to collect your parcel from the post office.
  • Where an order is unable to be fulfilled or delayed in any way we will endeavour to notify you by phone or email within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative or refund.

Can I get an express order?

Yes, just select that as an option when selecting postage.

Do you deliver internationally?

Not presently however if you would like to be updated of further changes in this area please email amber co and we will register your interest.

Can I pick up an order?

Sorry our distribution warehouse is not open to the public.

What happens if my goods arrive damaged?

Package damage during transit is not covered by our policy, unless the package damage affects the enclosed product. Please contact us via our resolution centre and we will sort the problem. The faulty goods will be required to be returned to us via reply paid postage.

We will replace damaged or faulty items.
