1. Once you place an order it will be processed within 1-2 business days, in accordance with our Shipping details. Delivery time-frames are estimates only as they are beyond the control of amber co. We use parcel tracking allowing you to monitor your goods progress.
  2. You acknowledge that all orders through the website with respect to Goods are intended for personal/domestic and non-commercial use only.
  3. You agree that your contact details are accurate to enable delivery of your Order.
  4. You agree that you are 18 years or older, have an active email account and a telephone number which you can be easily contacted.
  5. If you change your mind, please return goods within 28 days of receiving your order, unused and unwashed in its original packaging for a full refund or exchange. Please organise returns through our online Resolution Centre facility or by calling our friendly staff. Cost of return postage will be your responsibility. If goods are damaged or faulty we will refund your postage and replace goods as deemed necessary.
  6. Where goods on the website are out of stock we may not be able to fulfil all, or part of your Order. If this occurs, we will contact you within 2 business days to arrange a refund or agreeable alternative.
  7. The colour of goods shown on the Website may vary slightly in shade in real life. Email or call in advance of your purchase and we are happy to supply a free swatch sample to assist in making your decision easier.
